Within the framework of the entrepreneurial project (University Business Operations), and in preparation for the total transition to this integrated digital system, the Human Resources Department held a workshop titled: “Archiving and Administrative Documentation”
The workshop was presented by the Director of the Human Resources Department, Dr. Attia Aoun, and targeted the employees of Human Resources and Personnel Affairs. It was attended by the Director of Personnel Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Al-Fakhri.
Thus, the International University (Al-Dawlia) takes confident steps toward this unique system, which represents a breakthrough in the traditional administrative structure. It ends an administrative era to inaugurate a new one, in which the International University records leadership and precedence, not only in Libya but at a global level.
