The Director of the University’s Business Process Management Project, Mr. Bilal Al-Jbour, held a coordination meeting on the morning of Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in the Academic Hall with the project units. The meeting aimed to monitor progress levels, review key achievements from the past period, discuss challenges facing the work teams, and assess progress in executing approved plans.
The meeting also featured a presentation by Ms. Maram Fadl, where she reviewed the 7FE’s Framework. The framework aims to improve project outcomes and enhance resource efficiency by adopting more effective work methodologies, as well as developing follow-up and evaluation mechanisms to ensure optimal results and maximize the project’s institutional impact.
The Project Director emphasized the importance of continuing to work as one team in coordination with all university units, adhering to implementation plans, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and institutional change management. This supports comprehensive digital transformation efforts based on business process management and elevates operational and procedural efficiency.
