BPM

About the Project

LIMU explored the adoption of Business Process Management (BPM) as early as 2009. The project officially launched in 2020 with the aim of defining, analyzing, documenting, improving, and automating all administrative and academic processes. The goal is to build an integrated system that connects all university activities through clear, unified workflows. This ensures a seamless flow of information between various Schools, administrations, and centers, thereby increasing transparency, boosting performance efficiency, and achieving high organizational flexibility.

The project leads a comprehensive digital transformation by transitioning from traditional functional management to Process-Oriented Management. It utilizes the BPM Lifecycle methodology to model and optimize operations using advanced web programming technologies, the AuraQuantic BPMS platform, and international standards such as BPMN 2.0.

To establish LIMU as a leading national and regional model for operational excellence and digital innovation through a process-managed institutional culture.

To transform the university’s operational processes into Strategic Assets through continuous improvement and intelligent automation. We are committed to building the capabilities of our national talent and developing specialized academic programs in Business Process Management, delivering exceptional value to our students and the wider academic community.
